Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network administration and cybersecurity protocols
- Manage helpdesk tickets and user account administration
- Install/configure workstations and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
