Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Conduct remote diagnostics for hardware/software issues
- Upsell premium support packages during client interactions
- Train customers on self-service portal features
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service experience in tech or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and diagnostic tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (evenings/weekends required)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Spanish fluency a strong plus for diverse client base
- High-speed internet access for remote work
