Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems for clients
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Document all IT processes and client interactions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network security protocols and data backup procedures
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical challenges
- Provide on-site support for client locations across Milwaukee
- Participate in continuous training to expand technical knowledge
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- US citizenship or work authorization required
