Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to identify needs and present solutions effectively.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Document customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
