Responsibilities
- SEO Support: Assist in conducting keyword research and analyzing competitor strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Content Management: Help draft and edit blog posts, social media content, and website copy to drive engagement.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify and contact potential candidates for open positions.
- Recruiting Coordination: Schedule interviews, screen applicants, and maintain candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Local Marketing: Participate in local community events to increase brand awareness in the Chicago area.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, SEO principles, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and databases.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time in our Chicago office.
