Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings for our client portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-caliber candidates.
- Optimize job boards and career pages using SEO best practices to attract passive talent.
- Analyze web analytics and recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that ranks well and converts visitors.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as a top employer in NYC.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and Talent Acquisition or a related hybrid role.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for in-person networking events.
