Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
- Lead the full-cycle technical recruiting process, from creating compelling job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in the Nashville market.
- Optimize job postings and career pages using SEO best practices to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment branding with overall digital marketing goals.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate pipelines and data analytics.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and successfully filling technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
