Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify qualified candidates for open roles in IT, Engineering, and Sales.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn) to source passive talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of candidates.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity.
