Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical talent across CA and NY markets using cutting-edge sourcing tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on software engineering roles
- Proven success placing candidates at startups and established tech companies
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques and recruitment automation tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Ability to evaluate technical skills through phone screens and technical assessments
- Experience with diversity recruitment strategies and ERG partnerships
- Metrics-driven approach with track record of exceeding hiring targets
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
