Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean strings) to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct professional phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview process, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for future roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and provide weekly updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
