Responsibilities
Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and innovation strategy.Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.Assess the feasibility of futuristic tech stacks and provide strategic recommendations to the C-Suite.Architect scalable systems that anticipate future market demands and regulatory changes.Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.Conduct feasibility studies for long-term R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.Expertise in system architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and microservices.Strong background in data analytics and machine learning integration.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
