Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI systems architecture

- MSc in Computer Science or equivalent advanced technical degree
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight credential
- Deep understanding of Web3/DeFi protocols and infrastructure
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
