Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify strategic acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven experience translating complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of successfully launching innovative tech initiatives
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, TensorFlow) preferred
