Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons to incubate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of technology futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content on technology trends and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Certifications in technology foresight, innovation management, or strategic planning (e.g., CFIP, CIMP)
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
