Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR convergence) for market applicability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
