Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and account issues with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Process orders and returns using Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with company policies
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and response times
- Participate in quarterly service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital workspace
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
