Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with team to identify process improvement opportunities
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (call time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Participate in ongoing product training and team development sessions
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
