Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction metrics
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all interactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Meet daily performance targets including call resolution times and quality scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate speaking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
