Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service excellence standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
