- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism

- Maintain detailed customer interaction records
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
