- Respond to 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone/email/chat
- Resolve technical and billing escalations with SLA compliance
- Update CRM systems with detailed interaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating
- Process returns/refunds and adjust orders as needed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
