Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call time, resolution rate)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM)
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
