Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining service SLAs
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in daily stand-ups and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for recurring issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Experience with ticket management systems and SLA monitoring
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
