Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, escalating tickets when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account history in our CRM system.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to improve product offerings based on user feedback.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
