Responsibilities
- Source and Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions from requisition to offer.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and compensation data to advise hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending offers and negotiating compensation packages to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to leverage social media and job boards for candidate discovery.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet strict deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
