Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
- Utilize WMS software to maintain accurate inventory levels and shipment records.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries to meet client deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with third-party carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
