Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations during the night shift.
- Manage inventory levels using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with the day-shift management team to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and damage reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, or similar).
- Valid forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
