Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging protocols are followed.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Full weekend availability preferred).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in order processing.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a positive work history.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; we provide training for the right candidates.
