Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Train and mentor new warehouse staff members.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with management on shift performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
