Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails from clients during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Enter and update customer data accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on support tickets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or dispatch is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
