Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from clients regarding order status and inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the ERP system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Update customer records with accurate information and ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or call centers is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
