Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our proprietary CRM software.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain precise records in the database.
- Perform light administrative tasks, data entry, and generate daily shift reports.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to the management team.
Qualifications
