- Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues efficiently using our ticketing system.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to hand off unresolved issues or relay critical feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify common pain points and suggest improvements to our support workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer support or technical help desk experience is a plus.
