Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and live chat during overnight hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues for remote clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
