Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information to clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
