Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming tickets, emails, and phone calls regarding technical products and services during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for clients using established knowledge bases and escalation paths.
- Update Case Records: Accurately document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system to ensure continuity for the day shift team.
- Escalate Complex Cases: Identify issues that require specialist intervention and escalate them appropriately to ensure zero service downtime.
- Collaborate with Day Team: Communicate critical issues and pending tickets to the day shift supervisors to ensure seamless handovers.
- Process Refunds & Credits: Review and approve necessary refunds or service credits within company policy guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of computers, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in previous employment.
