The Role
As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during peak evening hours. You will handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring our service standards remain high 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve technical issues and provide detailed product knowledge to clients.
- Document all interactions accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
