Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM).
