Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Communications: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams and management to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and quality standards to meet KPIs and performance metrics.
- System Updates: Assist in identifying and reporting software bugs or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-centric tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and multitasking on multiple windows.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
