Responsibilities
- Monitor and control daily workflow to ensure operational efficiency during night shifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and quickly.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Input and verify data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist in training new staff members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
