Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock to maximize efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, organizing, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for distribution to local and regional clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville facility.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
