Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized, clean stockrooms to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for timely distribution to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional overtime.
