Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of workstations and aisles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
