Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone and email during evening hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity and issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and positive environment for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
