Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical queries accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
