Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide directions or information about our services.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Customer Support: Address customer needs and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Inventory Awareness: Assist in keeping the workspace organized, clean, and fully stocked with products.
- Event Assistance: Support in setting up and breaking down events as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with New Orleans is highly desirable.
