Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to management when necessary, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
