Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation is required.
