Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the local management team to implement process improvements and service enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
