- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and accurate pricing.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our services.
- Keep the sales floor organized and ensure a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
